You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in. You can opt back in by emailing me at hello@kierstenrane.com.
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to me, you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Kiersten Rane. If you want to join again, reply START to any message or contact me at hello@kierstenrane.com, and I will start sending SMS messages to you again.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
