I have the knowledge, but I have limited experience. Rather than starting immediately with a high-cost, high-risk project, I am searching for clients who are willing to let me test and refine it on their low-risk project for a low cost.
This beta test will be a collaborative run where:
- You receive project management support at a reduced rate
- I work closely with you to plan and execute your project
- We build clarity, structure, and progress together
- I refine this service based on real work and client feedback

Right now, I am able to offer my services to digital-only, one-time projects with clear goals, such as:

- Course or membership launches
- Community or program launches

- Virtual events, workshops, retreats, or summits
Additionally, this beta test will require a flexible or far-out deadline, to decrease the risk, and for you and any involved team members to have the time and willingness to meet with me regularly and to dedicate towards executing the assigned tasks.

A project charter is a multi-page document outlining the scope of the project, deadlines, budget, project risks, and more, so you know exactly what is needed and what to expect for your project.

I will create a personalized and organized space for us within ClickUp to store the project, tasks, goals, deadlines, and more, so it’s all in one place. And don’t worry, it’s 100% free for you.
Assistance in Execution
I don’t expect you to accomplish the project alone. As we go through executing the project, I will be able to offer limited hours towards completing the project.
What The Process Will Look Like
Onboarding
Once the contract is signed and the first invoice is paid, we will start by getting you introduced and set up in ClickUp and giving me access to any programs and websites needed to complete the project.
Planning
Our first priority will be to establish and to define the project, the goals, the scope, the outcomes, and the timeline. Then we will begin breaking the goals down into categories and tasks, smaller deadlines, and to fit every element into its proper place.
Execution
After the planning, we will begin the execution of the project. Following our deadlines, we will start working on the assigned tasks, and I will track the project, make sure roadblocks are anticipated and avoided, ask the necessary questions, and keep things moving smoothly.
Evaluation and Closing
Once the project is completed, we will spend a little time reviewing and evaluating the project, what went well and what didn’t, and to close up our client relationship together.
How Much Does This Service Cost?
This beta service is offered at a flat rate of $500 per month, paid up front, for up to 10 hours of support per week. That is the equivalent of approximately $11.50 an hour. This pricing is intentionally set low, so I can offer a low risk to you, build experience, refine my services, and make sure I can support business owners and entrepreneurs the way you need me to.
